EPDM rubber does not absorb heat or cold the way cement or stone products do, and the lighter the colour the less heat it will attract.

There is very little fading with Rubber Stone as the EPDM granules are coloured all the way through. The first season your top shiny layer reduces to a matte finish, this is normal. We do recommend a roll on top coat every 3-5 years to help protect against UV rays.
